I was a Poppy user before I decided to build SharetoBoard. Poppy was already where my messy ideas, research, voice thoughts, links, and client problems could become visual, connected, and useful. The gap was not the board. The gap was getting ideas into the board from my phone before they disappeared.

Beta account requirement: SharetoBoard currently supports Poppy email-and-password sign-in only.
It does not implement an unsupported Google or Clerk token bridge. Google sign-in may be reconsidered through
a provider-approved native handoff or a first-party Poppy integration.
The problem was never another place to store notes.
I already had places to store things: Notion, Google Drive, docs, folders, automations, phone notes, AI chats, and every other productivity tool people collect when they are trying to turn chaos into output. But storage was not the missing piece.
My best ideas kept showing up when I was not at a computer: driving, walking, working, talking through a client problem, half offline, or moving between things. Pen and paper was not enough. Random phone notes were not enough. Voice memos were not enough. I had notes everywhere, but too many of them never became anything.
Poppy was where the ideas actually started making sense. SharetoBoard exists to get the thought there before it evaporates.
Poppy is the visual thinking space.
AI with context
Poppy gives captures a workspace where research, links, voice notes, media, prompts, and AI conversations can live together instead of scattering across tools.
Messy thought becomes structure
A raw capture can turn into a cluster, outline, decision, task, client deliverable, content idea, or follow-up.
The board is where thinking continues
SharetoBoard is not trying to replace that. It gets the Android moment into the visual workspace where the real thinking happens.
Why not another notes app or file store?
Those tools still have a place. They are just not the same job.

Capture before drift
Use the app icon, widget, Quick Settings tile, online text/link share menu, or selected-text action before the thought disappears.
One target board
Pick the Poppy board you actually use. SharetoBoard keeps the Android entry points pointed there until you change it.
Fail closed when offline
Offline queue intake and delivery are paused in this release. Existing queue rows stay frozen on-device, and the app does not pretend an offline capture arrived.
Client conversations belong on a board.
One of the clearest use cases is talking through a client problem. A useful conversation does not arrive as a clean paragraph. It arrives as fragments: goals, constraints, objections, examples, risks, next steps, and follow-up ideas.
SharetoBoard lets the phone become the capture surface for that moment. Poppy becomes the place to turn the conversation into a map: decisions, deliverables, questions, content, and actions.
