Poppy already handles the visual AI board, collaboration, team structure, and workspace context. SharetoBoard stays narrower: it removes steps when an idea, link, selected text, voice note, or media item starts on Android.

When the idea starts on your phone, widgets, tiles, share actions, and selected-text capture reduce the path from thought to board.
3. The browser gap is the product gap
Poppy's help center currently says its installable web app is for desktop and that a mobile app is not available yet. SharetoBoard fills that Android capture gap.
4. Clear capture statuses
Every action shows a result - Sent, Queued, or Needs setup - so nothing fails silently when setup, signal, or delivery is not ready.
What stays in Poppy
- Team accounts, permissions, shared boards, and collaboration live in Poppy.
- Workspace content, AI chats, board history, and Poppy billing are managed by Poppy.
- SharetoBoard routes capture into that workflow; it is not a team management system, admin console, or custom customer product.
