Meet SharetoBoard for Chrome.
The same capture idea is expanding from Android to the browser. Version 1.6.0 can send an exact highlighted selection from the right-click menu or optional Selection Bubble, bring Poppy forward, open a 65/35 Split Window, and start Quick Note or Quick Record. Live Poppy regression and Chrome Web Store review are still pending.
