| What is SharetoBoard? | SharetoBoard is an Android-first product ecosystem for Poppy users. Android captures from the phone, Chrome captures from the browser, and TentaClaw connects supported local MCP clients to six approved Poppy operations. |
| Is SharetoBoard an official Poppy product? | No. SharetoBoard is an independent third-party product. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Poppy. |
| Why not just open Poppy in the browser? | Poppy is the workspace. SharetoBoard shortens the capture step when you are reading on your phone, moving between tasks, talking through a client problem, or working from a browser selection. |
| Does SharetoBoard replace Poppy? | No. Poppy remains the visual AI workspace. SharetoBoard adds focused ways to get useful material into that workflow. |
| Why Poppy instead of another notes app? | The goal is not simply to store another note. Poppy gives links, thoughts, sources, prompts, and conversations a visual place where they can be connected and developed into real work. |
| Do I need a Poppy account? | Yes. Poppy membership, API access, and credits are separate from SharetoBoard and are managed by Poppy. |
| Which Poppy sign-in works in the Android beta? | Use Poppy email-and-password sign-in inside SharetoBoard. Google-only Poppy sign-in is not supported in the Android beta. Sign in yourself; never send your password or sign-in code to SharetoBoard. |
| Do I need a new Poppy account? | If your Poppy account supports email and password, use it. If you normally use Google only, use a supported password setup or recovery option if Poppy provides one, or create a dedicated beta account with a unique password. Never send SharetoBoard your password or sign-in code. |
| How does voice capture work? | The Android beta includes local Record and on-device transcription. Recording through a Poppy board uses Poppy’s own recorder and policies. Check the capture mode you are using before sharing audio. |
| What can I share from another Android app? | Use the share menu for online text and link capture, or share selected text. The Android beta also includes local Note, Record, Selfie, Import, and an Inbox for reviewing captures. |
| Does the Android beta work offline? | Local Note and Record let you keep captures on the device. Sending material to Poppy requires a connection; local storage does not mean a capture has been delivered to your board. |
| Can I download Android or Chrome now? | Public Android and Chrome downloads are not open yet. Both will be distributed directly through SharetoBoard.com. Use the SharetoBoard beta form to request the product you want to try; an invitation includes setup instructions. |
| Where do I get SharetoBoard tools? | All tools are offered directly through SharetoBoard.com. Web tools open here, and installable tools download here when released. Our launch does not use Google Play or the Chrome Web Store. Boop and the free Skills Pack are available now. |
| Will you ask for my Poppy account for app-store review? | No. We do not ask customers to share Poppy accounts, passwords or API keys for app-store review. Sign in to Poppy yourself. Tools that need a Poppy API connection have their own setup instructions; never email your credentials to support. |
| Which tools are free? | Tab Tap, BoardCue, the Poppy Skills Pack and Boop are free. Email signup is optional. Android, Chrome, TentaClaw and shriMCP are paid products; current Android and Chrome Basic beta access is free. See pricing for details and availability. |
| Is Boop available? | Yes. Boop’s free web beta is open. |
| What does SharetoBoard Chrome capture? | The browser-capture features send a user-selected passage or link to the configured Poppy board. Optional Selection Bubble access is off until the user enables it. |
| Does Chrome Pro require a Poppy API key? | No. Chrome Pro stores validated Poppy Specialist chatbot links and local display settings. It does not request or store a Poppy API key, password, cookie, or login token. |
| What is TentaClaw? | TentaClaw is a separate local-only MCP server that keeps the Poppy API key behind a local process and exposes six focused operations to supported local clients. It is in private beta, with no public download yet. |
| Does TentaClaw require Poppy API access? | Yes. TentaClaw is a bring-your-own Poppy subscription and API-key tool. Android and Chrome capture do not require your Poppy API key. |
| What is the 14-day challenge? | The Capture to Clarity Challenge is a practical beta rhythm: use the available capture paths during real work for 14 days, then send private feedback about what helped and what got in the way. |
| Are there rewards for testing? | As a thank-you, qualifying testers may receive up to three months of SharetoBoard Pro after launch. No public review, positive rating, or social post is required, and critical feedback counts. See the challenge page for details. |
| Is an affiliate link required? | No. A direct, non-affiliate Poppy link is always provided. |
| Do you sell personal data? | No. SharetoBoard does not sell personal data. |
