| Is SharetoBoard an official Poppy app? | No. SharetoBoard is an independent third-party companion app. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Poppy. |
| Why not just use Poppy in my browser? | Poppy is the workspace. SharetoBoard is the Android capture surface. It gives you widgets, tiles, share actions, selected-text capture, and faster routing so you can start from the moment the idea happens instead of opening a browser and finding the right board first. |
| Does Poppy already have a mobile app? | Poppy's help center currently says its installable web app is for desktop access and that Poppy does not have a mobile app yet. See Poppy Web App: Install for Faster Access. |
| Does SharetoBoard replace Poppy? | No. Poppy is the visual AI workspace. SharetoBoard helps you get material into that workflow faster from Android. |
| Does SharetoBoard replace Notion? | No. Notion is optional. SharetoBoard can use Notion as an approved capture inbox or provenance log, but the core job is fast Android capture and routing. |
| Does SharetoBoard use the Poppy API? | Core capture does not require a Poppy API key. Future API-supported features may use Poppy board or chat endpoints where appropriate, but current Poppy API docs do not support direct file upload to boards. See Poppy API Quickstart and Poppy API FAQ. |
| Do you offer team access or white-label customer portals? | No. Poppy handles team accounts, permissions, shared boards, and collaboration. SharetoBoard is focused on individual Android capture into those workflows. See Poppy Team Accounts. |
| Do I need a Poppy membership? | Yes, for Poppy board delivery features. Membership is separate and managed by Poppy. |
| Is an affiliate link required? | No. Direct signup with Poppy is always available. |
| How does voice capture work? | You tap a record button, speak, and stop. Speech is transcribed on your device using Vosk before being sent to your target board. |
| Do offline captures auto-upload immediately when back online? | Not by default. Upload begins after user approval in relevant queue flows. |
| Do you sell personal data? | No. SharetoBoard does not sell personal data. |
