Chrome Specialists replaced the old middle-tier label.

The feature previously described here under the retired middle-tier name is now SharetoBoard Chrome Specialists and remains part of the same 1.7.1 extension candidate as Chrome Free.

Future SharetoBoard Chrome Pro is different: it is the parked, API-backed board-agent tier and has not been implemented.
