SharetoBoard Chrome Pro is a tier of the Chrome product. Poppy membership and usage are billed separately from SharetoBoard.
Founding beta reservations are planned at $1 per product, paid once. A reservation holds a place for a later invitation; it does not give you immediate access. When reservations open, payment will be handled by Stripe.
