Scope
This policy covers SharetoBoard Chrome 1.7.1, including Chrome Free browser-capture actions and the included Chrome Specialists tier. BoardCue has a separate, narrower permission boundary and will publish its Store disclosure with its candidate.
Information handled
Chrome Specialists
- Specialist name, validated Poppy chatbot URL, and access classification
- Selected text, source origin/tab, Specialist ID, and expiry timestamps after an explicit Specialist action
- No Poppy API key, password, cookie, login token, reply, or conversation history
Storage and retention
- Chrome Free creates no persistent selected-content outbox.
- The configured board URL and settings remain until changed, cleared, or the extension is removed, subject to Chrome sync behavior.
- Specialist entries remain in local extension storage until removed, cleared, or uninstalled.
- Selected Specialist context remains in session storage for no more than ten minutes. It is cleared sooner when replaced, copied, discarded, opened in full Poppy, the Side Panel closes, the source tab navigates or closes, opening fails, or the context becomes invalid.
- Content delivered or submitted to Poppy is governed by the user's Poppy account and Poppy's policies.

Your controls
- Choose whether to invoke any SharetoBoard action.
- Keep Selection Bubble off and use the right-click menu without optional broad page access.
- Remove optional page access, change the board URL, delete Specialist entries, clear extension data, or uninstall the extension.
- Manage Poppy destinations, authentication, conversations, retention, and deletion through Poppy.
SharetoBoard does not sell selected content or use it for advertising, credit decisions, model training, or unrelated purposes.
