This session is for initial setup, widget tuning, and troubleshooting capture reliability. Bring your Android device and have your Poppy email-and-password credentials available on your device. Google sign-in is not supported in this beta. Do not send credentials, codes, links, cookies, or tokens before or during support.

Calls are focused on app setup and workflow guidance. Poppy billing and account policy are managed by Poppy.
