Scope

These terms govern use of the SharetoBoard app and website. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

SharetoBoard and Poppy

• SharetoBoard is an independent third-party app.
• Poppy membership is separate and managed by Poppy.
• SharetoBoard is not affiliated with or endorsed by Poppy.

User responsibilities

• Use the app lawfully and with proper permission for any captured content.
• Maintain security of your device and accounts.
• Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt app services.

Availability and payments

• Tab Tap, BoardCue, the Poppy Skills Pack and Boop are free tools; email signup is optional. SharetoBoard Android, SharetoBoard Chrome, TentaClaw and shriMCP are paid products. Current Android and Chrome Basic beta access remains free as described on the pricing page. A $1 shriMCP or TentaClaw founding beta reservation may be sold only when its matching purchase button is active.
• Paid SharetoBoard offers use Stripe-hosted checkout. Each checkout states whether the payment is one-time or recurring before purchase; SharetoBoard does not collect card details on this website.
• The $1 founding beta reservations are one-time payments with no automatic renewal. A reservation holds a place for a later invitation, not immediate access. Support will contact purchasers with setup instructions when their place is available.
• TentaClaw Founder and Standard licenses and optional maintenance are not currently purchasable. For order questions or to request a refund, email support@sharetoboard.com from the address used at checkout.
• Poppy membership billing is handled directly by Poppy.
• Affiliate links are optional and do not increase user cost.
• Capture and sharing features differ by product and edition. The product documentation explains which actions are available and whether they need an internet connection.
• Local Android recordings and Poppy’s own recording feature handle audio differently. See the Privacy Policy before recording or sharing. Calendar nudges remain optional.
