Use the widget, Quick Settings tile, app sheet, selected-text menu, or Android share sheet for online text and links. The point is less ceremony between thought and board.

Current online actions come back as Routed or Needs setup, so you know whether the handoff started or your board still needs attention.
4. Know the release limits
The current beta is online-first. Offline delivery, Notion, billing, and external media or file sharing remain unavailable.

No surprise upload
SharetoBoard does not record or upload audio. Recording happens in your open Poppy board, and unavailable capture paths fail closed.

- Share a URL from Chrome or YouTube and confirm the status.
- Highlight text in any Android app and send the selection to SharetoBoard.
- Add the Record/Note widget to your home screen and use it for one quick capture.
- Try a calendar nudge and confirm that only your selected calendar can prompt the supported capture flow.
