It collapses the friction between having an idea on the move and getting it into the right board: one tap on the widget, one share from any app, or a voice capture that transcribes on-device via Vosk. Every action reports a clear status — Sent, Queued, or Needs setup — and items only leave the device when the user triggers a send.
