Set one exact Poppy AI chat node URL so the Ask tile and Ask widget jump straight to your AI workspace instead of opening a generic board and guessing what to click.
Why a separate destination?
Most people want capture and conversation to land in different places. Capture goes to Inbox, Reading, or whatever board you triage from. Ask goes to a dedicated AI chat board where you brainstorm, draft, or get answers. One tile each, no mode-switching.
Set it up
- Open SharetoBoard settingsThe setup screen has an AI Chat block.
- Paste your AI chat node URLUse the exact Poppy URL for the chat node you want Ask to open.
- SaveThe Ask tile and Ask widget now route there.
No AI chat URL set? Ask should stay unused until you configure one. That keeps the action honest.
How it shows up

Same behavior, one home-screen tap. No app launch, no menus.
Capture flows untouched
Record, Note, URL, and Share-to-Board still go to your target board. Only Ask uses the configured AI chat node.
Common patterns
- Inbox + ChatTarget = Inbox board for raw capture. Assistant = your Daily Chat board for AI conversation.
- Reading + ResearchTarget = Reading board for links/snippets. Assistant = a Research Assistant board with your prompt template loaded.
- Project + Project ChatTarget = current project board. Assistant = the AI chat node inside the same project.
