SharetoBoard
Triggers

Put the capture button where the thought actually happens.

Widgets and Quick Settings tiles are the fastest SharetoBoard entry points. They cut out the app-opening ceremony and send the capture toward your active Poppy board.

The widgets

2×1 Quick actions

Record and Note buttons in one row. Good for a permanent home-screen dock spot when you want capture without thinking about where to start.

Favorites

Pinned boards with a target indicator on the active one. Tap to open that board or keep your routing context visible.

Quick Settings tiles

Swipe down from any screen, tap the action, and move on. Add the tiles once through Android's Edit tiles control.

Record

Starts the TalktoBoard voice handoff. Poppy handles recording and transcription; SharetoBoard does not record, transcribe, or upload audio itself.

Note

Opens a fast note input. Type and route it while the target Poppy board is online; offline queue intake is paused.

URL

Paste or type a URL and route it to your target board while online.

Calendar nudges

Calendar nudges remain available in the current beta. Choose the calendars SharetoBoard may consider. Clearing the selection turns nudge work off.

What to test after setup

  • Record tile: confirm it routes to the open Poppy board or clearly asks for setup.
  • Note tile: send one short note and confirm the status message.
  • URL tile: paste one URL and confirm it uses the active target board.
  • Widget: keep it on your first home screen for a day. If you do not use it, move it closer to where your thumb already goes.
