The widgets

2×1 Quick actions

Record and Note buttons in one row. Great for a permanent dock spot.

Favorites

Pinned boards with a target indicator on the active one. Tap to open that board.

Quick Settings tiles

Even faster than a widget — one swipe down from any screen, including the lock screen. Add them once via Edit tiles in the Quick Settings panel and they stay there.

Record

Start voice capture instantly. Tap again to stop. Recording is handled by the embedded Poppy board recorder; SharetoBoard does not capture or transcribe audio itself.

Note

Open a fast note input. Type, send. Done.

URL

Paste or type a URL and send it straight to your target board.

How to add a widget

  1. Long-press your home screenEmpty space, not an icon.
  2. Tap WidgetsScroll the list to SharetoBoard.
  3. Drag the widget outDrop it where you want. Resize if your launcher allows.
  4. Confirm targetIf no target board is set, the app will prompt you the first time you use it.
Recording does not start. If tapping Record shows Set a target board first., open the app and pick a target board, then try again.

How to add a Quick Settings tile

  1. Swipe down twiceFrom the top of your screen to fully expand Quick Settings.
  2. Tap the pencil / Edit iconUsually bottom-left or bottom-right depending on launcher.
  3. Drag the SharetoBoard tiles upFind Record, Note, and URL in the inactive list and drag them into the active panel.
  4. DoneSwipe down anytime to use them — no app launch required.
