Know what is saved—and what has been sent.
The full direct Android edition includes an offline queue with review before delivery. The limited beta does not accept or send queue items. Check which edition you received before relying on offline capture.
Using the queue in the direct edition
- Check for a saved confirmation. A capture is not safely queued just because a share window opened. Look for the app’s saved or queued status.
- Review the item. Open the queue, check its content and choose the intended destination.
- Approve delivery. Reconnecting to the internet does not replace your destination choice or approval. Follow the queue’s review and send controls.
- Check the destination. Open Poppy or Notion after delivery. A local saved item is different from content that has reached another service.
If your edition has no queue controls
The limited beta does not save new offline text or link shares for later delivery. Use those sharing actions while online, or use an available local capture feature and confirm it appears in your local Inbox.
- Queue items from an older edition remain in private app storage on the original device.
- The limited beta does not read those items for delivery, move them to another destination or automatically delete them.
- Reconnecting will not send those older items. Do not uninstall or clear app data if you still need locally saved content.
See the Privacy Policy for storage and deletion details.
Understanding “Queued”
Queued means saved locally, not delivered. In the direct edition, use the available review controls. In the limited beta, an older queued item stays on the device and has no active delivery controls.
Notion delivery also requires an edition with Notion support and a valid connection. If a capture matters and you are unsure whether it was saved, check the app before closing it.
