SharetoBoardCapture stays usable when the network does not.
When you are offline or delivery to your board is not possible, captures land in a private queue on your device. You decide when they go out.
How it works
- You capture as normalVoice, note, URL, share — all the same triggers.
- Status shows QueuedThe toast and notification say Queued instead of Routed.
- You come back onlineOpen the app or the queue notification.
- Approve deliveryReview the queued items and send. The app does not auto-upload by default.
Why approval? Some captures contain sensitive context. Auto-uploading on reconnection can expose them in places you did not expect. Manual approval keeps you in control.
Where queued items live
- Stored in app-private storage on your device.
- Not visible to other apps.
- Removed when you send or delete them.
