The offline queue is paused.
The current beta does not save new offline captures or deliver older queue items. Items created by an earlier build remain untouched on the device where they were saved.
What to expect
- No new intakeOffline Note, URL, and external text/link attempts fail closed instead of creating queue rows.
- No background deliveryReconnect does not schedule, decrypt, retarget, or send frozen rows.
- No active queue controlsThe current beta does not show approval or delivery controls for the paused queue.
- Use supported paths onlineQuick notes, online external text/link sharing, Poppy voice handoff, widgets, tiles, and calendar nudges remain available.
Why leave them alone? Moving an older capture without a fresh confirmation could send private content to the wrong board. The safer choice is to keep it on the original device.
Where existing rows remain
- Frozen in SharetoBoard app-private storage on the device where they were created.
- Not read for delivery or shared with another app by the current beta.
- Not automatically deleted during the update. Uninstalling the app normally clears local app data.
For more on data handling see the Privacy Policy.
What Queued means now
- Queued is legacy state from an earlier queue-enabled build, not a promise of pending delivery.
- Notion is also paused and cannot receive frozen rows.
- The changelog will announce any return after the queue is safe and ready to test again.
