SharetoBoardAndroid tester access
You must be invited to the closed test and signed into Google Play with the approved tester account.

Requirements
Poppy email and password
The current embedded beta supports Poppy email-and-password sign-in. Google-only Poppy sign-in is not supported inside SharetoBoard.
Chosen Poppy board
Confirm the exact destination before every supported external share. Do not treat a stale board as silently approved.
What you can use
Online text and links
Use the Android share sheet or selected-text action. SharetoBoard shows the content and target board for confirmation before routing.
Quick Note
Open your chosen Poppy workflow for a fast typed note while the board is online.
TalktoBoard voice handoff
SharetoBoard opens the Poppy board and starts Poppy's recorder controls. SharetoBoard does not record, buffer, transcribe, store, or upload microphone audio.
Widgets, Quick Settings, and nudges
Use configured Record and Note shortcuts, favorite boards, Quick Settings tiles, and calendar nudges for calendars you select.

- Offline queue intake and delivery

Unsupported share types
- External images and video
- PDFs, generic files, and multiple items
- Unsupported view-intent sharing
Existing queue rows: items created by an older queue-enabled build remain frozen on your device. The current beta does not add, alter, deliver, or delete them.
Privacy and control
- SharetoBoard actions are user-triggered.
- Voice recording and transcription occur in Poppy, not SharetoBoard.
- Calendar nudges use only calendars the user selects; an empty selection schedules no nudge work.
- Retired SharetoBoard Notion authorization endpoints return a tombstone response and do not process credentials.
- Current legal details remain in the Android and website privacy policy.
When something does not work
- Confirm you are using the exact invited tester account and current candidate.
- Confirm Poppy email-and-password sign-in works and the intended board is visible.
- Reproduce with a non-sensitive text or link.
- Record the action, displayed status, Android version, device model, app version, and time—never include passwords, session data, or private board URLs.
- Use the troubleshooting guide or contact support.
