You must be invited to the closed test and signed into Google Play with the approved tester account.

Install the invite-based candidate, connect the supported Poppy sign-in path, choose a board, and use only the capture surfaces documented for this build.
Requirements
Poppy email and password
The current embedded beta supports Poppy email-and-password sign-in. Google-only Poppy sign-in is not supported inside SharetoBoard.
Chosen Poppy board
Confirm the exact destination before every supported external share. Do not treat a stale board as silently approved.
Supported capture surfaces
Online text and links
Use the Android share sheet or selected-text action. Build 4 reports Routed or Needs setup after fresh payload and target confirmation.
Quick Note
Open the configured Poppy workflow for a fast text note without pretending unsupported background delivery occurred.
TalktoBoard voice handoff
SharetoBoard opens the Poppy board and triggers Poppy's recorder controls. SharetoBoard does not record, buffer, transcribe, store, or upload microphone audio.
Widgets, Quick Settings, calendar nudges
Use configured Record/Note shortcuts, tiles, favorites, and user-selected calendar nudge behavior.

Existing queue rows: rows created by older queue-enabled builds remain frozen on-device. Build 4 does not add, retarget, rewrite, decrypt for delivery, or delete them.
Privacy and control
- SharetoBoard actions are user-triggered.
- Voice recording and transcription occur in Poppy, not SharetoBoard.
- Calendar nudges use only calendars the user selects; an empty selection schedules no nudge work.
- Retired SharetoBoard Notion authorization endpoints return a tombstone response and do not process credentials.
- Current legal details remain in the Android and website privacy policy.
When something does not work
- Confirm you are using the exact invited tester account and current candidate.
- Confirm Poppy email-and-password sign-in works and the intended board is visible.
- Reproduce with a non-sensitive text or link.
- Record the action, displayed status, Android version, device model, app version, and time—never include passwords, session data, or private board URLs.
