Neither candidate has a public Store install. Use only an authorized private-beta package or channel.

  2. Retry with a fresh Chrome profile and harmless content when practical.
  3. Record the action, expected result, actual result, and time.
  4. Remove private content and credentials from screenshots or logs.
  5. Email the minimal evidence needed to reproduce the issue.
