| Will pricing change after beta? | Yes. Current launch monthly targets are Capture ($4.99/mo), Assistant ($12.99/mo), and Ambient ($24.99/mo), with timing tied to rollout stages. |
| Do you offer annual plans? | Yes. Launch annual targets are Capture ($49/yr), Assistant ($129/yr), and Ambient ($249/yr), which are set at about 20% off the launch monthly equivalent. |
| Why is there a founding beta price? | Founding pricing rewards early testers while the product is still reliability-hardening and feature-completeness is still in progress. |
| How do I request access? | Use the beta access form and include your device + workflow details. |
| Do you support iOS right now? | No. Current beta access is Android-only. iOS support will be explored once demand is high enough. |
| How do I connect Notion OAuth? | Follow the production guide at /docs/notion/. Redirect URI is https://sharetoboard.com/notion/oauth/callback. In app, set access token, optional refresh token, database ID, and Notion-Version 2025-09-03, then verify. |
| Are you partnered with Bee Pioneer, Plaud.ai, Omi.me, or Poppy? | No. Share to Board is independent. I am not partnered with, employed by, or endorsed by Bee Pioneer, Plaud.ai, Omi.me, or Poppy. |
| Are you a Poppy affiliate? | Yes. Some links can include optional affiliate referral parameters. See affiliate disclosure for details. |
| Ambient mode status? | Ambient is in testing. Current compatibility testing targets: Bee Pioneer and Plaud.ai. Omi.me is roadmap. |
| Do you guarantee timeline or outcomes? | No guaranteed dates or results. We publish Now, Testing, and Roadmap states for transparency. |
| How is data handled? | Data is handled locally first, encrypted at rest, and delivered through explicit user-controlled flows. See feature security docs for practical controls by feature. |
| Do you read or spy on user content? | No. This product is designed so I do not need to inspect your private content to operate it. |
| Who controls deletion and retention? | You control your data on-device and on your destination board. Keep it as long as you want or delete it when you want. |
| Is this a medical or treatment product? | No. Share to Board reflects lived workflow experience and product engineering, not medical advice or treatment. |
| Anything users are responsible for? | Yes. Users are responsible for complying with local recording, consent, and privacy laws when capturing or sharing content. |
