Beta access is approval-based and purpose-limited to product operation and validation.
Capture handling is designed around local-first behavior and encrypted-at-rest safeguards.
Delivery actions are explicit, policy-gated, and user-visible in product flows.

Capture data may include text, URLs, and user-initiated audio/transcript artifacts.
Where supported, processing is local-first, including on-device speech/transcription paths.
Queued items are encrypted at rest and processed only after user-initiated or user-approved delivery conditions.
Transport is expected to use standard secure channels (for example, HTTPS/TLS) when data is sent.
Operational telemetry is intended to avoid sensitive content payload logging.

You control data retention on your device and in your destination board account.
You may keep or delete your data according to your workflow and destination-platform controls.
You can disable optional modes and revoke permissions in device settings.
Users are responsible for complying with applicable local recording, consent, and privacy laws.

Share to Board is an independent product and may reference third-party services or devices for interoperability.
After content is delivered to a destination platform, destination-platform terms and controls apply.
